Little Expedite was born out of the determination to be more than a service provider. We’re proud to be a company that is focused on our client’s success, and committed to being the go-to strategic partner our clients can rely on.

The Beginning
Little Expedite is a young company built on a decade of hard-won experience. Our founder spent more than 10 years in China-US logistics — booking freight, clearing customs on both ends, and learning exactly where importers get burned — long before starting this company. Little Expedite is what happens when someone who knows the lane inside out finally builds it the right way.
By working closely with this client segment, we developed a deep understanding of their challenges and needs. As we led them hand-in-hand every step of the way, we went beyond the typical service provider role to become a trusted partner for our clients.
The Challenge
The China-US route is the busiest, most competitive trade lane in the world — and the easiest place to lose money. Growing importers get overcharged by giant forwarders who treat them like account numbers, then passed between subcontractors where no one is truly accountable. Hidden fees, customs delays, containers racking up demurrage — and no one picking up the phone.
This unique set of skills turned out to be just as valuable to other companies, no matter their scale of operation.
